1.To support the Sales Director to establish, implement and manage short, medium and long-term operational plans and objectives.
2. Responsible for development of new market opportunities through new customer market research, contact, project planning, budgeting, structured marketing communications, project implementation and cost management for defined market segments.
3. To maintain close customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for potential and existing customers.
4. Establishment and management of overseas Agents and Partners defining areas of responsibility, assignment of objectives and reviewing Agents and Partners’ performance.
Job requirements

2. 1-2 years work experience or more in IVD/Medical Device industry or related.

Treatment
1. Monthly salary (negotiable) + year-end performance award, 3.5%-4.0% sales team commission award, five insurances and one housing fund, dormitory, rest 2 days a week, etc.
2. The working address of the R&D center is Chaoyang District, Beijing. You can be promoted to a partner of the company after working for one year.
3. Can settle in Tianjin Airport Economic Zone, work for two or three years, and can go back to Tianjin company to work and live in Tianjin under voluntary conditions.

Job responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and process debugging of new products of colloidal gold, fluorescent microsphere chromatography, Class III and Class II reagents;
2. Assist in the organization of research documents and complete various tasks assigned by superiors.

Job responsibilities
1. Inspection of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables;
2. Inspect the finished reagent kit in accordance with the inspection standard operating procedures;
3. Keep samples for inspection, complete data analysis and quality statistics;
4. Responsible for the inspection of dust particles, planktonic bacteria, sedimentation bacteria and purified water in the clean workshop.
